  • ***STAY COMPLETELY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE*** They are completely worthless at this place all the staff there. I took my wife's phone to get the screen and lcd replaced. Before I took it in the phone was NOT disabled and you can still see messages and phone still allowed you to input the password. I picked it up an hour later and the phone is COMPLETELY DISABLED. I informed them when I was there and by phone that the phone was not disabled and their excuse was when it was cracked it typed in the passcode by itself and caused it to disable. In result of this I went to Apple and they could not enable the phone without restoring it and updating it completely. My wife lost all our family pictures roughly over 3,000 pictures including ALL our new born pictures of our daughter!!!!! Never have your phone fixed here. The employees are completely worthless and look clueless.
