Horrible customer service (when you can ever find one of them in the store) I bought a big office chair on Amazon and decided to return and buy an expensive highback office chair on staples.com. I had thrown away the Amazon box, so thinking I just bought an expensive chair from them I would go to this store near my home in PV and ask them for an empty box to send my other chair back in since I disposed of the original box. I went in the back of the store where all the desk chairs were set up and saw a huge empty chair box filled with trash. I thought perfect! So I take it up front and the guy if I can have the empty box? He says he needs to ask his manager, ok I thought and even explained I just bought a desk chair from their website. The guy tells me no I can't have an empty box from the trash because they might need it if a customer returns the chair that it came in. Huh? I said really? Well can I have another chair box? No, we're not able to give out boxes. At this point I could see he was just enjoying being a dick. This is the kind of horrible customer service you can expect here. I shopped here a few other times and they all seem to have bad attitudes and Just seem to want to be dicks. So, I'm returning the Staples chair instead and keeping the Amazon chair. Won't be a customer anymore either. Keep up the great work and your stores will be out of business real soon just like every other brick and mortar store. You should be bending over backwards to be helpful and friendly and provide great customer service in this day and age of online shopping.
