| - Awful. Two days in a row I've had my cleaning "professional," if you can call it that, cancel on me last second. Had I cancelled two different days in a row, they would have charged me full price BOTH days. The girl was ON MY PORCH when she cancelled (pretending to be allergic to dogs) and the man this morning cancelled an hour before the cleaning, he called in sick. I emailed customer service and complained. The customer service person emailed me back and offered me a free hour on the service they booked for tomorrow at 9:30am, which I cannot do. My personal booking was for 8am, but I couldn't schedule that time because by the time the girl cancelled I didn't have the 24 hour website to make a new booking. I work graveyards and I have company coming in tomorrow. They keep pushing the time further and further back, I can't wait up until 1:30pm when I work at 8pm.
Don't forget, if you have an issue, there is no customer service phone number for you to call.
I figured I'd give then the benefit of the doubt and try out a few cleaning people before I wrote a review. The only good one is gone and the first two were mediocre and last two were shit.
The last girl didn't even scrub the kitchen floor, fold the laundry, or clean the bathroom. Let alone the baseboards, ceilng fans, and high dusting. I really would like to know why it took her 2 hours to wipe the counters and "kind of" dust and vacuum the living room.
Don't waste your money. You'd be better off paying your kid to do it. At least then you can punish them for doing it half assed and make then do it again.
