| - I've visited this restaurant 4 times in 6 weeks. The first time was lunch and I had crispy wings and my friend had nachos. We both loved our food and were treated royally. We did the same experience 2 days later., I've had dinner twice with my son and grandchildren. The first trip, they brought my wings drenched in sauce, when I asked for sauce on the side. The manager insisted on making this right, bringing me another order or unsauced wings and letting me keep the sauced wings to take home. She further adjusted the bill, which I did NOT request, nor did I make a fuss about the wrong type or wings. My son enjoyed his chipolte meatloaf dinner. Server was tipped $20.00
Noo, let's visit last night's experience. We asked for unsweetened iced tea, waited at least 10 minutes for it, and it came sweetened. I added sweetener without tasting, so the tea was undrinkable. It was an additional 10 minutes before we caught our server's eye to ask for different tea. We had not been offered water. It was a full 25 minutes before we got our food. I had wings with sauce. They were very dry. My son said the chili was flavorless with little meat, and he took one bite and set it aside. I set my empty glass to the edge of the table and had to stop eating until I got tea ( full ten minutes) because the sauce was hot. Son and grandson ordered dessert and I was still eating wings. My empty glass was sitting there, and she never offered a refill until I finally asked her to bring me more tea. She got an $8.00 tip. Miserable meal experience.
Never again. This place just keeps getting worse.
