The last time we ate at Ojhah in Las Vegas was in 2014. They impressed us so much that we came to try their Hibachi this time. TIP: Apparently you need reservations for the Hibachi. We didn't have any so we had to wait 30 minutes. Luckily there is a drug store next door you can pass the time in. We were seated with a lovely family of 6. All together there were 4 kids under 10 years old, our 2 teens (14 & 16 years old) and 4 parents. The other Hibachi got the more enthusiastic chef. Ours was just meh. The fried rice made via Hibachi is always good but the meat (chicken) was kind of dry and tasteless. I guess that's why they give you sauce. What they did not give me was my free sake for checking in via Yelp. I did order a salmon skin hand roll which was excellent. I think they do better with their sushi than their Hibachi. I'd probably return for their sushi, but I was not at all impressed with the Hibachi.
