| - If you're looking to stay close to the airport, this name is misleading. While not extremely far, there is a Marriott AT the airport that may better suit your needs. While this hotel does offer a free shuttle, you hopefully won't be in a rush to use it. I called the hotel an hour before I arrived to ensure they actually had a shuttle and I could use it, called again when I got there to inform them of my arrival so he could send it (which in my opinion does not make sense as every other shuttle was constantly back and forth from the airport to their hotel, and back) and after half an hour waiting in the pouring rain, I called again to ask where he was. Another half an hour later and I was finally on my way. When we stopped at the sister hotel to drop off guests, there was a second shuttle just sitting there parked, so that added to my frustration a little. The staff member that I dealt with was fantastic, though (didn't catch his name). The room I had was amazing. Large and very clean with a comfortable bed and an espresso maker. The pool area was also clean and I'm glad I took advantage of that, as well as the fitness center. The morning of my departure though, I called at 10:30 to ask to take the shuttle at 11 and she told me the next shuttle wasn't until 11:30 so that was also annoying considering my encounter with it the previous day, I ended up being put out an extra $20-some since I needed to take my own cab back to the airport. I didn't have the food because it was priced fairly expensive, I ordered from a restaurant that delivered right to my hotel door. Overall, I would stay here again if I were visiting the area and I would recommend this place - just add on extra travel time for the shuttle.
