  • Update 2018: it's been nearly 15 months and I have not gone in this store. See what a single customer service fail does? Review from 2016: Big fail today! Two clerks were busy chatting with each other and fawning over one or two other customers. Ok, my friend and I are over 40 but nicely dressed and ready to shop. News flash. People my age need workout clothes too! Often we have gotten great customer service and spent a lot at this store. What the heck, Athleta? I needed one thing but I didn't end up buying anything because we were both so disappointed with your employees.
