| - I wanted to voice my positive experiences with Honda West recently and over the last 2 years since we purchased our Honda Odyssey there. The customer service they have offered has been mostly top of the line. We have dealt with a few of the Honda West service team, and recently have had Colby take care of us and I can say that with every instance he wanted us to be satisfied and went the extra mile to make sure of that. They have always shared information and advised us well. When we needed our alarm looked at they took care of it no problem. We really appreciate this level of service, especially with Colby, and it makes us feel that they care and the work will be done right. That's all we want out of our automotive service.
For the first time in our previous service instance, they seemed to miss something when we had some work done with brakes checked and we had to get our brakes reevaluated again when we realized afterwards there was a problem. Though this was initially disappointing, I contacted Colby and he got us in to check it out immediately. He wanted to make sure that whatever the situation it was addressed properly. Their service guys realized they missed something (this was the first instance of this) but they corrected their mistake and took full responsibility for their oversight. To me, everyone makes mistakes at times, but it's how the action or reaction is handled is what is most important to me. They did the right thing, and this is why I want to share and provide my perspective in Yelp.
A bad experience can lead you elsewhere, but this experience showed me that they not only want our business, but care to do the right thing. I was pleasantly surprised as well as relieved. Colby made sure the work was done right, and did all the right things to make me a believer in Honda West. I hope this type of service will continue, and it can be a win win relationship in the future.
