I am just leaving cliff's and stopped by to look at adjustable trailer balls and hitches.
There was one other customer in the store and he was waiting on his vehicle to be worked on.
4 employees at the counter and never once did anyone ask if I needed help or had questions.
The display I was looking at was right at the counter and the employees were too busy on their phones or Facebook on their phones to ask if I needed help.
None of the items had prices on them and at no time did anyone offer to help. I literally waited 10 minutes to see if anyone would offer to help. No one ever did. They were too busy discussing lunch.
I'll spend my money elsewhere. People wonder why they lose business to companies like Amazon and this is a perfect example. I try to keep my money local whenever possible, but if the store can't even make the slightest effort, It's not worth it to me. I will never go back. It's too bad I can't leave zero stars.
