  • Great experience with Katie yesterday. I was a bit bothered at first due to a lack of communication pertaining to the location of the appointment BUT upon arrival Katie exceeded our expectations. The off-site location was beautiful, comfortable and very professional. Katie took her time to explain the difference between the choices of lashes and appeared VERY knowledgeable. The entire process took about an hour and a half. This was a gift for my mom's 50th birthday and she actually fell asleep while Katie worked- that's how relaxing it was. LOL. Anyways, long story short: totally worth the early morning scare about the location change. I completely recommend!!!
