| - This swimming school is great!
Of course, no one is perfect and there are areas that need to be improved (as lack of lockers or changing rooms, like for example in their Henderson location. Or some slight remodeling) but it also has been around for awhile so I don't expect it to be like brand new. I'm sure owners will make necessary improvements when they can. (But they also got few new toys for the play area. And kids loooove it)
My son started taking classes there about 6 months ago and he was a little bit over a year old. I never had a teacher who didn't care about students, or parents for that matter. I ended up sticking to Trey and Victoria. And I don't have enough words to describe how grateful I am for their hard work and patience. Sure seems like they love what they do and love kids. They are very attentive, listen to kids'/parents' needs and concerns as well as give advices. Amazing teachers!!! Just recently, Trey switched classes he was teaching that day just to accommodate my son because it was his first time in he pool by himself. He made him feel comfortable and tried to clam him down, even though all he wanted is mommy in the water with him. He absolutely didn't have to do that, but he did. As a mom I salute him and his dedication. It's heartwarming to know that there are still people that love their jobs and try to be understanding to their customers. And by the way, I saw Victoria do the same thing for another student (because a girl was very upset her teachers got switched) so she wanted to make her feel better and make sure that student and her parents are happy.
I see all teachers work hard there, are very nice and patient with their students. They know kids by names, always say hello and good bye and make everyone feel welcomed there.
As for the front desk, I honestly have never seen them giving attitude to me or anyone else. Sure sometimes people have bad days or maybe customers got under their nerves, but that doesn't mean they are all unprofessional there.
Awesome, friendly, family pool!
P.S. Hope Trey and Victoria's hard work won't go unnoticed by the management!
