  • I was referred to speak with Fernando from Crystal Water Premium from a friend. I did noticed right away that their Akline water tasted so much more crisp than what's out in the market without any after taste. The Alkaline water is rated 8.5+ on the PH scale. Which is HIGHER than the highly publicized overpriced Real Water that most of us have heard about. Fernando was supper cool and easy going. He didn't try to upswell me instead Fernando asked me a few questions and he actually listened to what where my needs which helped us come up with a monthly package that would best fit my family's needs. I got to give it to Fernando for being so patient with all the questions that I had about Akline water, being that I wasn't to to educated besides what I knew from commercials on tv and social media on Akline water. Fernando explained to me down to the Science on how the water is made where I could understand and see the Value of what I was paying for. I felt that this was something that could benefit me and my family for a healthier life style. Fernando set me up on a monthly delivery to have the water brought to my door step as well as a water cooler dispenser. Fernando took care of everything within 1 phone call. I feel that Fernando gave me great price which I thought was a Very good deal for high Akline water 8.5+. Thank you Fernando for all your help and great customer service. We love the water.
