Pros: Pleasant space with clean, quiet rooms. Some of the therapists are skilled.
Cons: Some therapists are less skilled/experienced than others... And there seems to be high turnover among the better ones. Hardcore corporate upsell at several points -- both at reception desk and by therapist -- makes for a less than relaxing atmosphere. (The focus is on signing you up for an autobilled "membership" contract.)
Bottom line: IF you can find a therapist you like and IF the constant upsell doesn't bother you, then it's not a bad place to get a massage.
