  • Worst business internet provider ever. Their customer service is non-existent and not one person will take responsibility for their mistakes. They simply pass you on or say "sorry, I can't help what someone else did". This is when calling the corporate customer service number. I have had four experiences with them, and not one of them has been pleasant.
