Soooooooo disappointing :((( I have been a loyal customer for over five years but it's time to say goodbye thanks to the rude customer service from the receptionist who called me repeatedly within fifteen minutes of a appt. I understand I was running late but by calling me nonstop and giving me a hard time does not help with getting there in a hurry. Wow...another time the receptionist interrupted my massage and switched my massage therapist half way through my appt. I'm sad to say goodbye but I can't take bad customer service. Thank goodness there are lots of options out there these days.
