  • I have been going to Big O tires at this location for the past 9 years and had total trust in them until my last oil change a tire rotation. This is my third visit for tire rotation and the two previous times they told me that my tires had been rotated. This time the technician asked where my device was to unlock the wheels which was never asked before since they never rotated my tires even though they said that they did. I am no longer a trusted customer at this location and would like to found out who the owner is to inform him of the bad practices at this location
