| - One of the rougher Walmarts in town, so I try to limit visits to either really early, before 8 am, or out of necessity and convenience.
It is located on a corner of Lake Mead and Rancho, behind the Fiesta casino.
I actually still gave it 3 stars because I don't think employees here are doing their job any worse than at any other Walmart, but I think they are up against a tougher crowd. I frequently see partially eaten food and unfinished drinks left around the store that the classy clientele has no qualms about consuming without purchasing it first.
The cleanliness of parking lot is also very questionable, but again, customers that frequent this location think nothing of throwing garbage right out of their car onto the ground.
Worst of all, I never actually feel safe getting out of my car here. I'm not a pansy, but my uneasy feeling is only magnified by well meaning employees giving me an occasional grim warning after night fall- "be careful out there". I think they know of a zombie hideout nearby, and we've all seen I Am Legend. Those bastards only come out after dark. I appreciate the heads up.
All in all, don't come to this location, unless you have to. Or are too lazy to drive to a nicer Walmart, like me. Nothing against employees or managers of the store, it's just a bit scary around these parts.
