My first visit. Only real problem, however a big one, for me was the black soot from the burning wood that covered the bottom of the pizza. I tried to wipe as much off as possible. My napkins and hands looked like I had been handling charcoal. "Soot" didn't seem to bother the flavor of the pizza too much, but about an hour later I was burping up that charcoal taste. I'll try it again if they can get the oven cleaned and figure out how to make a pizza that isn't covered in soot.
