  • I attempted to sell some DVD movies yesterday the 3rd of November 2017. (Attempted) I had over 200 movies and approx 50 were still brand new as I have never watched them. Zoey or zosia the manager from a different store was so rude about selling the dvds and treats customers like criminals and rejected all the new ones and more than 70% of the open ones without scanning them, She was like I know we dont take this one or this one. She treats people who bring movies into the stores like drug addicts who need a fix. I am not some rich guy by any means but I drive a newer BMW and own my home. Once she found about 20 movies out of 200 to buy I said forget it and I left with all my movies and said you need to learn some customer service and I drove over to Zia records on Eastern where they treat customers like Gold like we all deserve to be treated. One good point the young guy that helped me initally when I walked in was wonderful and he nneds go apply at Zia where he belongs. Message to owners- Get rid of that 40ish year old zoey manager as she is not an asset to your organization and a big hinderance.
