  • Tisun beauty has a salon in the back of the store and that is what I am reviewing. I had an appointment with Rosy for 12pm on February 15, 2014. I called the day before for blonde highlights and a hair press. I was quoted a price of 65.00. When I arrived at the salon it was packed. I waited an hour before being led to the sink for a shampooing. I am a consumer not a stylist so I had no idea she was to add color before washing my hair. After drying I asked her about the highlights. She turned to the other stylist and said "now she wants highlights." After speaking to them she turned to me and said yes I can still do them. She placed a cap on my head and started ripping my hair through the holes. When my hair started turning red she asked me about previous coloring. Again I am not a stylist but this sounds like a before bleaching question not an after the fact. I told her no to a permanent and yes to a semi-permanent. She asked if I wanted to go brown and I told her no. I asked her about a toner and she repeatedly tried to convince me that the reds and blondes looked nice. This was my first time getting bleached and I regret ever minute of it. I had to pay 150. at another salon to fix my hair. I called about a refund but they decided to play on the phone by lying about who I was speaking to then sarcastically apologized. An apology does not fix my hair.
