  • Custom Built is just up the road from my office and is one of my favorite lunch spots. It's hard not to love good pizza and these guys have some of the best in Las Vegas. Great crust and I love the concept of picking out my toppings and sauce. I take friends here for lunch or dinner all the time and everyone thinks it's a great idea. The owners should franchise this model and open them all over the country!
