| - We came here for Mother's Day Tea, including an etiquette lesson, followed by walking around the village. I'm going to rate each part separately, because our visit was VERY inconsistent.
Tea: we were seated right by the kitchen, so we were constantly getting in the way of the staff. Not cool. Tea was actually a bunch a buffet, but there was an option to upgrade to a mimosa. The waitress came by while most of our group of 6 was in line for the buffet. She was asked to come back, but we never saw her again. So, no mimosa for the moms. :( The food was subpar - the eggs Benedict were bad (hard boiled eggs, couldn't cut through the English muffin). They ran out of food, which I view as the ultimate sin for a buffet. This experience was way too expensive for something like that happening.

Etiquette lesson: the ladies leading the etiquette lesson were fantastic and engaging. 5 stars
Village: it only took us about and hour to walk around the village, but overall it was good. The staff were friendly and told us about their roles. A lot was under construction, which was a bummer.
Admissions desk: when we arrived the woman checked us in, but seemed annoyed that she had to tell us where to go for the brunch.
We had to pay for parking in your way out. Which is ridiculous to me given the price of the brunch - surely they could have rolled the price of parking into everything else? Anyway, when we went to ask the woman at the admissions desk where to pay for parking, her response was a curt: "only members get free parking". Um, ok. That wasn't our question. We eventually figured out that you pay upon exit, no thanks to the woman at the desk.

Overall, this was not a great experience. There are a number of really great staff members, but the food and admissions experience brings the whole thing down.
Do not go there for Mother's Day Tea.
