  • The grooming my dog received was fine. My issue is with the way the charges were handled. I called to shop around for pricing and the guy on the phone quoted me a price range for my breed which I was perfectly fine with. However, when the groomer showed up and met my dog she proceeded to inform me that there would be an ADDITIONAL $25 charged for mats!! I do not appreciate doing business with a company that throws "surprise" charges at me after I have already committed myself to getting up early etc! That is just bad business!! They need to review ALL possible charges with customers on the phone!!! Very disappointed!!
