I really like this place, and they are super clean. Not all their employees are as nice. And the owner he is very very nice. One thing I have a BIG issue with is when you have a complaint, and right away they want to blame you. On one occasion I went in because my gel nail polish was getting black stains on it and when I went in the owner tried to convince me that it was my fault. And the comments she made were ridiculous. Saying that it could of been from me touching my hair and some other obnoxious things. Than I recently went again to get a pedicure and manicure, as usual one employee starts and a in the middle of your pedicure or manicure they bring in a different person, I think in total I had 3 different people doing my pedicure and manicure. The last person that finished my pedicure was basically throwing my feet around, and when she did my manicure she gave me a horrible manicure and she grabbed my hands as she was polishing them and kept tugging on my arm and throwing my hand telling me to put it in the uv light. Than when she did my hand massage (which you can't even call what she did a massage) she grabbed my arm rubbed the lotion threw my hand and did the same thing to the other one and told me I was done. I get home and 10 mins later my gel polish is literally peeling off my nails. I go in the next day to have it fixed and the whole time (the owners) are taking phone calls, making appointments, switching seats, and just to have her in the end tell me your done bye! Like if you expect a good review you may want to treat your customers happy!!! And you might want to learn to accept that your employees make mistakes. Because for starters your services aren't cheap, and to have your employees playing musical customers is very very annoying when we just need one person to finish what they started.
