  • I am beyond words. The air conditioning unit on my rental property is broken. AZ Property Solutions was informed immediately. I am now going on day 4 with out air conditioning in my Arizona home. It's over 115 degrees in my house. The company was unable to contact the owner for the first two days. After they got ahold of him this morning, I was informed he doesn't want to purchase the unit at the quote he was provided. Now I am waiting for the owner to "get back to us about what he wants to do." My family can't live like this, but due to financial reasons, I am out of options. Although I see the fault in the ways of the home owner, I am disappointed in AZ Property Solutions. No one has reached out to me to apologize. I have not been offered another place to stay. My family is suffering and I am helpless. On top of spending my day at work, I spend all of my time calling the property company trying to get answers about the owner, about AC companies, etc.. I will quote a representative from AZ Property Solutions. "We [AZ Property Solutions] serve our home owners, our tenants are not our priority..." I absolutely do not recommend this management company to tenants or home owners. They do not take care of their renters and they make a bad name for their property owners.
