I would not recommend Steelcase tires for seasonal tire change. I went to Steelcase in November 2014 to put on my winter tires already mounted on rims. When I went to pick up the car at the end of the day, I was left standing at the counter waiting to be served, while the sales manager was just chatting.
When I removed my winters, I immediately noticed that my rear wheels were way too overtorqued, and that one of the lug bolts had been installed at an angle, which ended up breaking when force was applied.
Since then, I contacted Steelcase seeking reimbursement for the replacement of the wheel hub, which they had agreed to and paid. So Koodos to them for taking responsibility.
