  • I had a warranty replacement of a pistol from Smith and Wesson. Usually firearms transfers to an ffl with no extra purchase aren't very popular with gunnstores (in my experience). Lock and Load was reasonable, courteous, prompt, and went the extra mile to make sure it was a positive experience. Because I am not an American Citizen there is an extra step in approval - DHS has to approve - we had filled out all the forms, paid all the fees, and just had to wait for DHS to call back. I left because this beaureaucratic process is usually days long. One of the employees came running across the parking lot to tell me DHS had called right back and I was able to take my new pistol that day. Exceptional customer service - I plan to do all my business with them (purchases not transfers) and recommend them to all my friends and clients - thanks Lock and Load for the great service.
