  • I am so glad I took my vehicle to American 5 Star. They fixed my transmission at less than half what the Ford dealer was going to charge me. At every step of the way Eric was detailed in his explanations of the work that had to be done. I appreciate that courtesy and respect. Then they fixed my ac at what I consider a very reasonable price. Excellent work all around. The personnel are all very courteous and pleasant. Very knowledgeable. The icing on the cake - they shuttled me home and even picked me back up after the repairs were completed! Now that's great customer service! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend American 5 Star Transmission and Car Repair. Their 2 year, 24000 mile warranty is very impressive and shows confidence in their workmanship.
