NO CUSTOMER SERVICE BY LINDA. She was unwilling to honor or extend my Groupon as it was going to expire on December 24th. I wanted to come in before that but she had no openings.( Is that my fault that she had no openings? )Yes, she said. I should have used the coupon when I first got it. I told her it does not expire until December 24th...so I have until then to use it. Okay, I said...will you extend the date so I can still use it. NO SHE SAID! Unless you want to pay another $ 25.00 to use after the expiration.
I am sorry...but this is not a YES WE CAN attitude. Does this woman know anything about customer service? I suggested that perhaps she ought to extend hours or open on Monday to accomodate customers that have certificates expiring.....NO, she could not do that.
I will admit that I enjoy the girls working there...but I WILL NOT RETURN to an establishment that does not value its customers and does not have a YES WE CAN ATTITUDE.
Think about that when you go to book an appt. By the way, unless you have a groupon they are not any less expensive than most salons providing thos e services.
