  • I called this Urgent Care to see if they were open and could help me. Whoever answered the phone sounded bored out of his mind and uninterested in a professional conversation but I went anyway! I was seen within 10 minutes of finishing the paperwork and ended up glad I stopped in. They gave me Tylenol 3 for pain and did a blood test, then referred me to get an ultrasound at SimonMed for my kidneys. The NP said if my pain persists go to the ER. They called me the next day to explain the results of my bloodwork, which turned out to be huge, and then called to give me the results of my ultrasound. I considered this information very helpful and appreciate them not making me come back in to explain the results (and charge me a fee to do so). I also was encouraged to call back any time to discuss the results as needed. If the NP Irene had a private practice I would totally see her as my primary care.
