  • I used to live by this location and went here at least twice a week. I moved about a year ago a bit further from this location and started going to the one near my house. The location nearest to me doesn't carry very many Lancôme products so I came back to this (Silverado ranch) location. Anyway, as I went to check out, I was the only one in line and there were two women at the registers, they were talking to each other and one was helping a customer. When they were done taking care of the customers transaction they both turned around towards the wall. I'm not sure if they knew I was there, but one of the women turned around looked me in the eye and turned back around. They both continued to talk and the women that looked at me (didn't say hello or even 'we'll be right with you') walked away from the area. Annoyed, I walked up to the counter (bcs honestly, I felt like I had given them plenty of time to finish whatever it was they 'needed' to do.) and asked her politely to check me out. There was no I'm sorry or anything. Whatever. Good products but service has gotten bad, at least on that day.
