  • I should have read the reviews before trusting this salon with my hair. I said "TRIM" just to have 6 inches cut off. My hair was extremely long and now it is above my chest. There's not a day I look in the mirror and want to cry because of how upset I am at the work that was done to it. Not only that, but the way it was cut is horrifying. It was cut straight across and completely uneven. After reading the reviews I dare not even go and ask if there's any way to be reimbursed or have my hair cut fixed at no cost. It's been a week since I've had it cut and I told myself I will NEVER go to this salon. Quality over quantity is what I live for now. I rather pay a higher price and have a good job done to my hair than what was done last week at B&B.
