  • My biggest problem was with the customer service (or lack there of). I was looking for a new place to tan after moving and this location was perfect for me... but sad to say I won't ever be back. There are two tanorexic gay guys that were always working when I went in and who were rude and obnoxious. I understand if you hate your job or are just working there to tan for free or whatever... but at least TRY to be nice. No smiling, no replies to "Hi how are you"... they just looked inconvenienced by my presence as a customer. They were always trying to up-sell me instead of actually trying to meet customer needs. Then I feel like my first few sessions were a total waste because they went on a power trip and mandated ridiculously low time limits because I'm not orange. I have been going to another salon already, it's not like I am new to tanning! It was a very frustrating experience. I never felt welcome or like my business was wanted. And even when I wanted to know more about prices or memberships they just told me to go to their website. Seriously? The rest of the salon was fine and to be fair one girl (I think she was a manager or something) was much more kind and considerate. But the consistently unpleasant experience of dealing with the two male tanning consultants was enough for me to decide to take my business elsewhere.
