| - I would give zero stars is I could. I will start with the few positives there are:
Very nice, clean salon with all the latest beds! Top of the line tanning lotions, staff are nice but only if you're spending a lot of money there!
Now for the caution! Do not sign a contract for your own good!!!!!!! I regret signing one, that's for sure. The contract says two months, but either I didn't read the fine print, or staff was making up new rules regarding the contract as they went. I was around two years into a contract that was supposed to be only two months. I couldn't find the time to go into the salon on a busy schedule and also couldn't afford the plan anymore so I wanted to cancel. I must of asked ten times to cancel and each time there was another reason as to why I could not. Eventually I had to let it go to collections since the staff would not cancel it. During the time waiting for it to go to collections, I racked up a 600$ (approximately) tab which transferred to collections PLUS 100$ extra for the transferring of the account to collections. A few of the phone calls the staff member was actually so incredibly rude and ignorant, cutting me off like a broken record with no regards to my feelings, I was actually crying at one point she was so rude and when she noticed that she didn't soften up, she continued with her bitchy, power trip attitude. Another time they told me the account was closed and would be transferred to collections when in deed it was not and was still open with them and racking up a 200$ monthly charge!!! It is absolutely sickening the way they act.
Bottom line, tan some where else and avoid it at all costs. The only thing I would go there for would be to buy lotions, but I would go to one of the other locations where the staff members aren't so ignorant and bitchy. Seriously. you've been warned.
