  • They broke my new watch. For some reason they seem to have trouble with titanium watches. I bought my dad a Citizen titanium watch from there and when they went to adjust it they said they were having equipment trouble and recommended I try another jewelry store for the adjustment. Two months later I bought myself a citizen titanium watch and once again I asked them to adjust it for me, this time they broke my watch. I had my watch for 24 hours and now they told me they had to send it out for repair so I would be without it for up to 2 weeks. 2 weeks passed and no word from sales so I went in and was told that they just now started working on it and it would be another week without my watch. The staff here was very nice and apologetic but when I spend $500 on a watch I don't want this kind of stuff to happen to it. And for the wait to take almost a month. I can't imagine giving them another chance.
