  • I have never been so disappointed and stressed out with a furniture in my life. I had placed an order for a white leather sectional/sofa piece, dining table with chairs, and coffee table. I had paid cash for this purchase and they had told me it would be delivered 3-5weeks, guaranteed. I received one piece of the sectional,a coffee table, and dirty chairs for the dining table. I waited another month for the remaining pieces of my order and it wasn't delivered. I called and went down to the store to complain a couple of times and they didn't offer me any resolutions. They didn't know what happened to my order and thought I had received everything. There was no communication between the managers and employees. A few days there was a delivery BUT it was the wrong sofa. I was livid and went down to the store and told them I wanted to return everything because of the inconvenience and I wasn't happy with the company. The manager told me there would be a restocking fee of 30%. I had told her in the contract it said 15%. She stated that because there were 2 pieces to the sectional that it is 30%. On top of all this BS I had a balance of $180 and she demanded I pay it. I can't believe the lack of customer service in this store and how they treated me. I spent a lot of money in this place and they screwed royally and didn't rectify the situation in any way. Please DO NOT give this company your business. There are many other furniture stores who will give you the service and respect we all deserve.
