  • I just wanted to let you know what an excellent "can do" employee you have with Heather. She has a positive and friendly attitude with her customers, and no matter if she has 1 or 5 customers in line, she remains patient and accommodating. She has a great sense of humor too! I have used Heather for the past week for all of my shipping to family members around the country. My father died recently and she packed and sent over $1200. in pkgs for me, staying some nites very late in the store and also coming in early to make sure my boxes got shipped. One day it was only Heather in the store and she still took my pkgs with a smile and let me know she would do the best she could. I can't tell you how grateful I am that you have Heather at your store. Thank you and your wonderful employees for going the extra mile for me. I'm very grateful to you all!
