  • Out of curiosity I like to read the reviews on yelp of businesses I regularly visit. I have not written a review on yelp until today. Based off of the negative reviews Artsy Nannies has been given I felt I should put in my two cents about the location. The few bad reviews should not scare any parent or family away from experiencing this business for themselves. Before I even moved to Las Vegas, I visited Artsy Nannies location at Town Square to shop. I love Melissa & Doug products and she supplies more of their items than I've ever seen in any one store. My first wow moment with Artsy Nannies; when I questioned the price of something that happened to be on sale. I didn't have the money that day to purchase, but more so was looking into it as a possible Christmas present for my son who is now 4 years old. I was offered the option if I came back at a later date that she would still honor the sale price ON THAT SPECIFIC ITEM. (I'm not mentioning what product it was because I know someone on here will probably run into the store trying to get previous sale prices on every item...not going to happen!) I was shocked, almost no where will do this!! Fast forward to a few months. I relocated about an hour & half from Las Vegas. I have been using Artsy Nannies on a regular basis since April of 2014. I have not one complaint to make about this company. Yes, they have their own kids sometimes there with them, but that has NEVER impacted the care that they are giving my child. Nor has it ever impacted the exceptional service that is always giving whether I'm bringing my son in for care or stopping by to look through the shop. To say I use this place once a month would probably be an under statement. I have never seen any miss care of a child while in here. All the kids are ALWAYS having fun. They are ALWAYS staying active, doing crafts, building stuff, or whatever else their imaginations start to create. My son is at the age where he can tell me what's going on. He has never complained about it or the staff. He rather spend a few hours with Artsy Nannies than walk around Town Square while I do some shopping. He has come home with quite a few little crafts that they have created while they are there. He can stay a min of 1 hour to a max of 4 hours for $6/hour. That's a steal right there. I've managed to grab a date with friends do a little shopping & still pick him up before 4 hours! They also provide snacks, drinks, and food at a small cost if your child gets hungry. They have always been nice if I just do a walk-in, but of course they much rather have a heads up so that they have enough staff. Hands down I would recommend Artsy Nannies to any family looking to have fun with out the kids. I have had some poor child care experiences, and this has not been one of them.
