  • I have been a member since 2006 and never had a problem until today. I have a medical condition that has sidelined me from the gym. I was told by Seth H. Corp. Office that I needed a doctors note to suspend my membership and that the paperwork provided was not specific enough. I believe this is a form of discrimination . I have read over my packet from when I joined and this information or requirement is not mentioned. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, the ADA and Corp. Office. Wow what a way to retain a membership. Poor service and attitudes.
