I've been going here going on a year now because I live behind this location and they do okay work compared to other places near by. Less than 2 weeks ago, I came with a party of 6 other girls. The manager was rude to me and others at times. I was still trying to decide if I wanted to try SNS for the first time and the manager stated "Do you still want to gel or not" with an attitude mind you I've been there less than 5 minutes. My friend decided to get gel too instead of just feet, it wasn't packed so she asked him can you do gel nails he said no, she asked what time you close, he said 6 mind you it was 12 or 1pm and there were available techs why couldn't you do her nails? I end up getting the SNS and my nails started to chip less than 2 weeks later when I was told they last at least 3-4 weeks. I go back today thinking since I brought 6 people giving them more business and been going to them for a while they would at least do it over and give me a $10 dollar discount, nope! She said well my nails lasted 3 weeks.... okay but do you see mine though? I have an office job so its not like I work with my hands doing outdoor work or washing my hands all day everyday. I was disappointed. I spent $76 dollars less than two weeks ago and today I had to spend $45 = $121 and the color they said would look like a regular polish I picked out, didn't look like it at all! I said I'm not happy with the color she said well choose better next time and still didn't take anything off my bill. I won't be back. They do okay nails, not better than my place back in Atlanta, they are a little pricey too. I would look else where if you want your dollars to be appreciated. The technican didn't massage my hand or put lotion on my hand! I was so upset, I was thinking about not paying. She left a lot of cotton material sticking to my nails. I spoke to one lady there asking her how long does her SNS nail last, she said at least 3 weeks. I said mine was chipping at two she said it depends who you get how long they'll last! My tech was nice but my nails looked like I could've done them myself.
