  • I purchased a 2015 Blizzard Pearl Toyota Highlander a couple weeks ago and was not only pleased with my new vehicle, but the shopping experience as a whole. John "Hutch" Hutchison was a pleasure to work with. He clearly understood my expectations (asked great questions) and was able to put together a great deal for me. He was persistent, but not pushy or pressuring by any means. The finance gentleman (I'm wish I remember his name) was great. All the details without the fluff and pitches. Had me done in about 15 minutes... A new record for me. Following my purchase, John both called and emailed to follow-up to make sure I was satisfied and asked if I needed assistance with any of the technology features. Jean, a high-caliber service dept. manager, called and setup my first appointment for an aftermarket part install, while Rich, a stellar service advisor, followed-though on the details on the actual day of service. Having gone through multiple departments at Autonation Toyota, I was very impressed with the staff and hope they are able to maintain the level of customer service I received. I very rarely write reviews but felt compelled to do so based on my recent experiences. Keep up the great work!
