  • I went into this Lowe's location today to simply buy a filter for my air conditioner. And walked around for 20 minutes and could not find the filters. You would think something so commonly bought would be obvious to find but no. The employees noticed me walking around for several minutes looked at me but never bothered to ask me if I needed help and I don't feel I should have to ask. Something as common as an air conditioning filter should be easy to find an employee's should ask you if you need help with anything when they see you walking around for 20 minutes. I will definitely keep my business with Ace Hardware and happily pay more.
