  • They came to inspect my washing machine which was broken.. they came to look at it, told me that it needed a new part.. I was confused because the man was rushing out the door right after I wrote him a check, he didn't tell me when to expect a call, when the part would be in, anything.. he was like "I'll call you next week". It's been over a week, no call.. I've left messages and no one calls me back. I'm very frustrated because I can't do any laundry and due to my home warranty I am stuck with this terrible company
