  • Scratched my brand new car down to the clear coat! Have only gotten hand washes since getting this car. First time with brushes. The manager would not come out of his office to even talk with me. Their employee pointed it out. Finally the assistant manager gave me his business card when I refused to leave the lane. He handed me a laminated "claims management" card. He offered "to work on the scratches". No thanks guys. You have done enough for me for one day. Spent nearly $800 + time lost in getting the scratches out. 90th and Via Linda Scottsdale Location.
