  • I'm gonna say this right at the beginning. THEY DON'T TAKE TIPS!! Roma has been going here since we moved to Ohio, and she has been in love with L&G since. I realize I am bald, but since I'm the one paying, I love the fact that they do not allow it. Not only are they a wonderful salon that is very inviting, and comfortable. The staff is awesome and knowledgeable. If you have read any of my other reviews you'll notice Roma and I do everything together, so when she goes, I go. We have been to the Mentor and Legacy locations and they are both just as wonderful. Since Mentor is slightly closer to our home, we usually make her appointment in Mentor. Roma has been going to Michael for about a year now, and she wont see anyone else; and for Roma that's huge.... I will say that their prices are a little steep, but you get what you pay for. L&G rates their staff by experience; Master, Signature, Senior, and Junior. You will pay more for the Master Stylist, but Roma has never complained about the service, and in my book that's worth every penny! Michael is sociable, polite and professional every time were their. Plus he trains new stylist out of the academy, "who I might add is usually a young female 18-20", and how could you complain about that...Easy on the eyes, and always asking if I need anything. I always tell Michael to take his time, I'm in no hurry, and yes I will have some more coffee and biscuit, thank you!
