  • Ridiculously rude and not helpful at all - I went back with a product I got within 24 hours of buying it and they tried to mock me by saying oh do you really want store credit for 24 dollars or oh we can give you a physical paper saying that much money but do you really think its worth it like uHHHHHHH why would i just give you guys money - they refused to be helpful and give me the product i actually wanted and literlally ignored me - haha i love buying beauty products i am NEVER going back to their store
