Very friendly and helpful front desk girl. The equipment and space looks very nice and well maintained. I was also surprised to see they offer free form full sets. I went in for a gel mani/pedi and there was a bit of a wait and the water at the station for my pedi was cold. However, my tech quickly noticed and correct that. I ended up downgrading my pedi to regular polish since they charge an insane amount for gel. $20 on top of the cost of the pedicure! Every other place I have been to around this area only charges $10. I overheard the woman getting a pedi next to me say, "it's supposed to be a HOT stone massage, right? Those aren't even hot." The tech ignored her comments and just put hot towels on her calves. She later asked for some nail polish remover for one of her fingernails, he used the cotton ball first then attempted to hand it to her to use. She scoffed and said "get me a new one." During my manicure my tech (same as pedi) was distracted and was haphazardly cleaning and filing my nails. She was not really caring about the shape. In the end it turned out ok. A different woman next to me asked for a strip down her ring finger that had rhinestones, but her tech kept telling her "No, it won't look good. You're already doing too much." For this being their grand opening I expected more. I will likely not be returning.
