  • I've had to take both my dog and cat to this hospital. Most recently my cat. My primary vet had referred me here for further testing/diagnostics. We saw Dr. Julia Bates who was very nice and explained options to me. They provided me with an estimate before anything was done so I wasn't surprised by anything. They called me right away when testing was done. They were very flexible with my schedule. I was able to wait until I was off of work to come meet with Dr. Bates. She explained findings thoroughly and provided options that could be tried based on my budget. I have not had to go to another veterinary hospital, so I'm not sure how pricing compares, all I know is diagnostic testing is very expensive! The staff called me a few days after the visit to check on how my cat was doing. I had a question/concern which they relayed to Dr. Bates. Dr. Bates ended up calling me back herself that evening to discuss options. The staff are very nice/understanding. It was a pleasant experience (though not so pleasant on my credit card!)
