| - This place has two modes - rushing you out before your nails are even dry, and slow because they are busy chatting with each other and paying you no attention. I only come for pedicures because they are close to my house and offer a rewards program, which equals a discount off of services as it adds up.
I don't have my nails done here any longer because the quality is not consistent. Even if you try and stick with one person it's hit and miss. The last time they screwed my nails up i was really frustrated with the way it was handled, and they guy who was asked to repair them was so rude, I decided not to bother with them any longer. I almost decided not to go back at all over that incident. I drive to Durango and Sunset now just for my gel nails.
They are friendly-ish, some more than others. The people that have been working here the longest obviously have their repeat customers, and have nice relationships, and treat them very well. I've had some of these same technicians in the past and they barely speak to me. I guess you have to be a regular with one person for quite a while to rate a conversation. I personally don't mind that because I'm content to be quiet.
The pedicures I do still get are usually good quality. They have a nice selection and then prices are average for Vegas. I had waxing service once and it wasn't very good and the lady wasn't very professional in her set-up or procedure. I wouldn't attempt any other service after that experience.
Three stars because everything is average in my opinion and the quality is hit and miss. I just finished a pedicure, had to ask if I could sit there to let them dry, and was eventually asked to move in less than 5 minutes. I feel like letting your nails dry is part of the service, and I know for a fact if one of their regular customers wanted to sit there they'd let her stay as long as she wanted. I've seen it multiple times. So yeah, this place is average to the average customer and probably amazing to a few. It explains the consistently mixed reviews of this place.
