  • Very efficient. Emailed and got a very reasonable quote for a battery replacement within 24 hours (even over the holidays). I was able to walk in (no appointment necessary) and I could get it same day (only took an hour and a half). This is compared to a more expensive quote I got elsewhere that would have required them keeping my phone for 4 days. The service was fast and friendly. Would return. *UPDATE*: Just realized that I paid to replace a battery that would die all the time for a battery that won't charge and is now dead for good. Not impressed that I have to go back to see what they will do for me. Will update review based on what they say. *UPDATEx2*: Brought the phone in the next day and they fixed it free of charge. I'll be coming back here in the future!
